SHOULD I TAKE THE LLV EVEN IF I HAVE GOOD NUTRITION?
Yes. This is one of the most commonly asked questions- and it’s a good one.
We have discovered in the last 10 years that our food is less healthy than ever before, and our fresh, organic fruits and vegetables don’t have the same nutritional value than they did just a few decades ago. While we do our best to eat right and make healthy choices, we owe it to our body to give it the fuel it needs to function optimally. HOW CAN I SAFELY START TAKING THE LLV?
Here is a baseline regimen and an "alternate protocol" for you if you have sensitivities.
Baseline Protocol
- Safely work up to the full dose of the Lifelong Vitality Pack Vitamins after starting with a half dose (half dose - 2 of each per day) and evaluate how you feel after 2 weeks! After the 2 weeks, work up to the full dose of 4 of each per day.
- Always ensure that you consult your physician with information about the LLV if you have health concerns.
